On Friday 5 September, PAUSE/FRAME hosts a special event marking the development and exhibition of FLIGHTS, Ola Intu’s residency project.

Over the past month, Intu has transformed the gallery into a studio where a boat, tent, mural and painted objects take shape, each layered with media fragments, online commentary and symbolic imagery of migration.

The works reveal her process of turning everyday materials into installations that question how stories of movement are told and who gets to tell them.
