Queer Social Dream Matrix

Join us in Antonia Luxem’s exhibition On Falling. In this ‘dream incubation chamber’, the Queer Social Dreaming Matrix collective will host a workshop for queer and trans people to explore our dreams for their collective and social meanings. Come and see what dreams and associations emerge from the space, finding a queer resource in the unruly, the nocturnal, and the illogical.

The Queer Social Dreaming Matrix is a monthly gathering offering a space for LGBTQIA+ people to discuss dreams and explore dreamy connections in our queer community. Drawing on Luxem’s engagement with dreams, hypnosis and altered states – and mythic descents from Sisyphus to Dante – the exhibition traces the oscillation between dreaming, disorientation, and heightened attention, unlocking the potential for transformation and re-worlding.
