Mindful Pause is a soothing guided meditation and sound bath session designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body, mind, and heart. Led by mindfulness practitioner Sandy SY Lee, this experience blends gentle guidance with the healing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to support rest and self-compassion.

Sandy SY Lee is a heart-centred mindfulness practitioner and certified MBSR teacher. She is an alumna of Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) with a background in positive psychology, and is also certified in Reiki Levels I & II. Since 2022, Sandy has been guiding meditation and sound baths at Oxford House, weaving crystal and Tibetan singing bowls with loving-kindness and compassion meditations to offer a holistic, nurturing approach to well-being.
