A Mating Game Closing Party

Join us for the closing night of A Mating Game, an evening of performance, music and drinks celebrating the end of Krystle Patel’s ongoing rehearsal project.

Throughout October, the exhibition space has transformed into a rehearsal room, a site of interruption, reflection, and experimentation. Working with non-actors and guided by a play written by Patel, these open rehearsals have explored what it means to be informed today, when language is flattened by digital life and truth comes wrapped in aesthetics.

The closing party marks the final chapter of this process. Expect live performances from participants involved in the rehearsals, a soundtrack that extends the atmosphere of the work and a space to gather, talk and unwind.

All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to the performers involved in A Mating Game. (NOTAFLOF – No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds).
